Elton was also entrusted with composing the score for the immersive, semi-permanent installation created for Malta’s Envision 2050 initiative, bringing together music, storytelling and immersive media to contribute to the experience. From 2022 to 2026, Elton served as Music Director, Producer and Coordinator of the Golden Bee Awards during the Mediterrane Film Festival, combining his experience in film, music and large-scale live production.

His work in sonic branding and broadcast identity includes creating music and sound branding for Malta’s national television channels TVM, TVM News+ and TVM Sports+, as well as ONE TV, one of Malta’s leading private television broadcasters. His work in radio has also included the production of station imaging and jingles for ONE Radio and Campus 103.7.

As a film composer, Elton has scored a number of short and feature films, including Saul: The Journey to Damascus and A Dangerous Arrangement, both internationally distributed by eOne, as well as Mario Philip Azzopardi’s Maltese feature Ħallini Ħa Nirbaħ. His latest feature-film work includes the original score for The Theft of the Caravaggio, directed by Joshua Cassar Gaspar. He also composed the score for a documentary commemorating 100 years of cinema in 1Malta, featuring Joaquim de Almeida, as well as various short-film productions created for the Golden Bee Awards, featuring internationally recognised talent including David Walliams and Russell Crowe.

Across film, television, broadcast media and live performance, Elton’s work is guided by a fundamental belief:

“Music should never simply accompany the picture — it should become an integral part of the story.”
